Lama’s Littles Photography Session Terms of Service

Please read carefully. These terms will apply to all services provided by Lama's Littles Photography to you, the customer. We will not accept any variation to these terms and conditions unless specifically agreed upon in writing by Lama's Littles Photography. By making a booking you have agreed to these terms and conditions in full.

Booking Fee

For a single session, the $50 booking fee secures your reservation and is deducted from the session balance. It is non-refundable if the client cancels. The Grow With Me collection has its own published payment schedule: a $250 non-refundable retainer, followed by three $400 payments due before the respective sessions, plus applicable Texas sales tax. See the Grow With Me collection terms. The amount and payment schedule for your chosen service are stated in your booking agreement.

Scheduling/Postponement/Cancellation

All current sessions are by appointment at 307 S Jupiter Rd Ste. 110, Allen, TX 75002. In-home sessions are not offered. Business hours are Monday through Sunday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM; newborn appointments are usually on weekday mornings at 10 AM or 11 AM, with limited weekend availability.

Reserve a placeholder around your due date, then contact Lama within two days of your baby's arrival so the session date can be confirmed. The first two weeks are the usual goal for posed newborn portraits; current posed collections are for babies under four weeks and Studio Lifestyle Story is for babies under six weeks. If your baby arrives early, needs NICU care, or another unexpected circumstance affects scheduling, contact Lama to discuss availability. This is a request to contact the studio promptly, not a requirement to photograph your baby two to three days after birth.

In the event that the client needs to reschedule a photo session due to weather, illness, or other personal conflicts, the new dates and times are subject to the photographer's availability.

All rescheduling requests must be made with a minimum of 72 business hours' notice (equivalent to 3 business days). Sessions should be rescheduled within one month of the original session date, except for newborn sessions, which must be rescheduled within one week of the original date. Failure to adhere to this timeframe will result in the session being considered canceled, and the deposit will be applied accordingly.

Display and Model Release

Image sharing follows your recorded release choice. The privacy and sharing preferences form allows full release, baby-only sharing, parents-only sharing, or keeping the session private. Images may be used on the website, portfolio, social media, blogs, display areas, exhibitions, competitions, and promotional materials only within the release you give. Clients do not receive compensation for permitted promotional use.

Images

Capturing all requested images may be influenced by factors such as weather conditions, subject cooperation, and subject mood.

The photographer cannot be held responsible if subjects are unwilling or uncooperative. Lama's Littles Photography strives to capture your child's personality, whether through posed or candid moments. However, it is the parent’s responsibility to manage their children during the session. If a child is uncooperative, disruptive, or consistently upset, the session may be terminated without refunds.

In cases where a session needs to be rescheduled due to an uncooperative child and Lama's Littles Photography is not responsible for the rescheduling, the standard $50 rescheduling fee applies.

Gallery Access and Editing

Your finished, naturally edited high-resolution gallery will be ready for you in a private, password-protected online gallery within two weeks of your session, often sooner. Your selected collection includes the curated best photographs, with no separate image-selection process, per-photo fee, or full-gallery upgrade. If you have any concerns or would like to request an editing change, please contact Lama within five days of gallery delivery so she can review it with you.

Editing for your session begins once the invoices due for that session are settled. You’ll have five days from gallery delivery to submit any change requests; this window begins at delivery, not at an image-selection step. Lama will consider requests within her natural editing philosophy and retouching approach, preserving natural skin texture, soft baby hair, features, and natural coloring. Changes to a baby’s natural appearance are not offered. Please share your requests within that five-day window, as further change submissions cannot be accepted afterward.

If something concerns you, please describe it to Lama within five days of gallery delivery so she can understand what happened and discuss the appropriate next step with you. Reshoots are considered only when a major issue requires one and are not automatic.

Your delivered gallery stays available for viewing and downloading for 90 days from delivery. Please download your finished photographs and keep your own backups during that time, so these memories remain safely with you.

After this period, a $50 fee applies for reuploading if the images are still available.

Session photographs or sneak video previews may be shared on Instagram only within your recorded release choice. You are welcome to tag and share permitted previews, but may not alter the images. Please contact Lama if you wish to have an image removed.

All images provided to clients will be professionally edited and retouched to ensure the highest quality. Under no circumstances will raw or unedited photos be delivered to clients. The photographer retains the exclusive right to select and edit the images that best represent their work and maintain artistic integrity. By booking a session, clients acknowledge and agree that they will not receive any raw or unedited images and that the final selection of images delivered is at the sole discretion of the photographer.

Image Manipulation

The client may not crop, alter, or manipulate an image without written permission from Lama's Littles Photography.

Attendance

In the event the photographer is unable to attend your session due to unforeseen circumstances, Lama's Littles Photography reserves the right, if possible, to reschedule the session.

Risk of Injury

Lama's Littles Photography places utmost importance on the safety of all clients. Decisions regarding session locations are made with your family's safety as the top priority. Clients bear full responsibility for the safety of their children, regardless of the session location. Please note that the session may contain equipment that could pose tripping hazards, particularly for small children. By participating in the session, clients acknowledge and agree to assume responsibility for their safety and that of all individuals present. Lama's Littles Photography cannot be held liable for any injuries that may occur during the session.

Limitation of Liability

In the unlikely event of a total photographic failure or cancellation of this contract, the liability of one party to the other is limited to the total value of the contract. Neither party shall be liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Failure

While every care is taken, in the event of camera failure, operator error, material failure, or computer failure, Lama's Littles Photography accepts no responsibility beyond a full refund of the original purchase price.

Payments

Payments are made through the Agree.com portal where contracts are signed. For a single session, the $50 booking fee is due when booking, is deducted from the session price, and the remaining session balance is due at the beginning of the session. For Grow With Me, the $250 non-refundable retainer and three $400 payments due before the respective sessions follow the collection payment schedule, plus applicable Texas sales tax. Your booking agreement states the amount and schedule for your chosen service.

Lama's Littles Photography is not obligated to provide sneak previews or begin editing for a session until the payments due for that session have been received. The Grow With Me payment plan does not require later-session installments to be paid ahead of their published due dates.
