FAQs

  • Most newborn photographers deliver edited galleries within about 2–4 weeks, depending on season and workload. At Lama’s Littles, I keep a limited monthly schedule so I can deliver a polished gallery without rushing the process.

  • Your online gallery is typically delivered within about 2–3 weeks after your session. If I’m ever running ahead or experiencing a rare delay (holiday weeks, illness), I’ll communicate proactively so you always know what to expect.

  • The best time to book is during your second trimester, or early third trimester. Newborn sessions are limited each month to keep the experience relaxed and baby-led, so booking early is the best way to secure a spot near your due date. However, I always try to accommodate babies that are already here.

  • Most families book 6–12 weeks in advance (or earlier), especially for peak seasons. I reserve your session using your due date first, then once baby arrives we’ll finalize the exact session date within the ideal newborn window.

  • If your baby isn’t feeling well, we reschedule. Baby’s health always comes first. In most cases, your retainer simply transfers to the new date, and I’ll help you choose the next best option based on availability and baby’s age so you still get beautiful images.
